Late in the year 1999 I moved to rent a house at widow's home in Arusha town. The situation we found the widow in with her four children opened my eyes and we started a small orphanage that we named KAO LA AMANI. We are Pentecostals.

Me my wife decided to provide everything for the widow, Juliet Laizer. Now we are living in Mwanza town. we still have only nine children as we did not have enough money to rent a bigger house. Here in Mwanza we now have a free land to build our own house to we my wife has already planted some potatoes and some vegetables.

Since I returned from Arusha I have been planting a fence over the property and helping to cover the bricks. Two brothers volunteered to make for us with polythine paper and to uncover them when there is no rain so as to dry. In Tanzania Africa, AIDS is killing alot of people here and leaving behind many parentless and homeless children.

Poverty is the other cause of parentless and homeless children here. I do not have enough computer time to write to you so I will stop here. But I want you to know that we are going hungry us we do not have food. Yes, we do not have bibles too. No books and we need to put the children in school. In the pictures , You will see me, the widow, Juliet Laizer, My wife , Lucy Josephat- the short woman, my son, the children of Juliet laizer and the children we started helping at the widow's house.
